The Lian Li PC-8FB is a black Midi-Tower without windows and plenty of space for drives and graphics cards. The case offers two pre-installed 120 mm fans, however it also offers the option of exchanging these for 140 mm fans or radiators for compact water-cooling. The interior has enough space for an ATX motherboard while graphics cards up to 410 mm in length, CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height, and PSUs up to 270 mm in length, are all supported.
Manufacturer Lian Li has brought us a compact Midi-Tower with a slim and high-end design in the form of the PC-8FB. The completely black tower is made from high-quality aluminium and offers excellent build quality. Apart from an exhaust in the roof for an optional fan, the front also allows fresh air to be sucked in through air vents as well as mesh on the sides. The entire exterior is constructed from brushed, black aluminium. The interior on the other hand comes in a stylish silver. The I/O panel itself consists of two USB 3.0 ports, the HD Audio connectors as well as a power button. Optionally the I/O panel can expanded with a USB 3.1 Type C port.
The robust ATX case is kitted out with a total of two 120 mm fans, one in front and one in the side. These can, when needed, be supplemented with the addition of up to three further fans in the 120- or 140 mm formats in the roof and the front. The front fans can be exchanged for 140 mm fans. The PC-8FB also offers extensive air-cooling options, although the front can also hold up to a 360 mm radiator for full water-cooling.
The PC-8FB tower comes with more than adequate space for powerful gaming hardware. The motherboard in this case can be up to ATX in size and the case can also accept graphics cards up to 410 mm in length, CPU coolers up to 170 mm in height and power supplies up to 270 mm in length. Two 3,5"optical drives as well as three 2,5" data storage devices can also be installed.
