Ordering

If you are a new customer, and you decide to purchase from our website, account registration is required as well as email address confirmation.

After that, you can put product into shopping cart and place an order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

No modification of orders (changing items) can occur after your order has been approved and is in the "Processing" status, unless the item is misdescribed or no longer available.

We will confirm acceptance of your order when the payment is received. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an Order Confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery or pick up service for customers. You can either choose pick up or using Australia post eParcel to delivery.

Pick up

We accept to pick up at counter. After placed an order online at www.pcmeal.com.au, It is better to pay the order online in advanced before pick up. If you want to pay at counter, you can pay cash, debit card or credit card. We will charge 2% surcharge for Master and Visa, 4% for American Express.

Delivery

Delivery time takes up to 3-4 working days from the date your payment is received.

Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us here.

We encourage you to visit the "Your Account" section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.

Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

Return Policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return and collect goods to / from the seller’s correspondent address.

The goods cannot be returned unless an RMA number has been requested and obtained from the seller and the package clearly marked on the outside with this identification number.

It is the customer's responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession. If this condition is not met the Company reserves the right to make a reasonable charge for restocking and resale at a price that is less than that charged for the goods if sold as new. This charge will vary according to the condition of the returned goods. This provision is designed to ensure that returned goods can be sold again as new.

Products must be sealable as new. All software must be unused and sealed within the original packaging. Outside of 7 working days, non faulty items will not be exchanged or refund offered under any circumstances. Full refunds will not be considered if the goods are damaged in any way and seals broken invalidating any warranty.

PC MEAL gives no assurance as to the mutual compatibility of components sold on any single invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice sought by the customer from the Company in this respect may be given but cannot be relied upon by the customer or guaranteed by the Company unless the Company has access to the working system and the ability to carry out a full inspection of any software or operating system.

Payment and Pricing

PC MEAL currently accepts credit card and internet transfer.

Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need.

Orders placed on weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

All PC MEAL products price is include GST.

PC MEAL reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at PC MEAL at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to below, if you are a consumer the seller shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
   1. there is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by the seller or by its employees or agents;
   2. such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
   3. any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of this contract.

Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of the seller for death or personal injury caused by the seller's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a business customer the seller shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
